The EMS Festa

Price: €50

Location: the EMS Festa of the EMS Annual Meeting will be a cruise (about 3 hours) on the Danube. The boarding point can be reached with a short walk (about 5 min) by crossing the Danube with the nearest bridge to the conference venue.

The registration fee for the EMS Festa will cover a buffet with traditional Hungarian food (vegetarian options are available) and free drinks.

Registration

• The price for participation is €50
• Places are sold on a first come first serve basis. The deadline for registration is 30 August 2018, 13:00 CEST.
• The registration is available via the online conference registration form.

EMS2018 festa terms & conditions

• Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
• Children under 14 are not allowed to enter the boat.
• The organisers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property which may be incurred as a result of participation in the EMS2018 Festa.
• Registration fees are not refundable in case the EMS2018 Festa has to be cancelled because of a force majeure.
